Children’s Program

Ages: 7-15 years of age

This program is dedicated to the development of the next generation. It presents opportunities for children to work on character development along with the practical applications of physical self defense. The language used to teach the young student will assist in driving them toward small individual successes and growth. In these classes the child and parent can expect development in the following area’s:

  • Awareness and Observational skills

  • Breathing and Coping skills for Anxiety and Stress Reduction

  • Improved Balance and Foot work Training

  • Hand and eye co-ordination

    Additional Activities include:

  • Fitness: Improved Strength, Endurance and Cardiovascular Training

  • Enhanced Sensory Exercises for Listening

  • Study of Basic Anatomy

  • Meditation

  • Philosophy

Sunday Mornings: 9:30 am - 10:45 am
